Day 15: PLANK! How Long Did I Do It?

My husband as my witness....

Going....

Goingg....

Goinggg....

Gone! 

He wouldn't tell me how long I had gone and I was SO mad at him! I almost went 2 minutes! Argh! Grrrr.

That is the longest I have ever planked! 

I figured by golly...this is going on the WWW....I'm gonna do this! Lol 

And this was after an hour of Zumba and 2 miles running!  

I'm tired!
